An autuer? They have to work in more than one medium.
There are three outcomes:
- A research log; undertake research (primary and secondary) and research into the life and creative development of your practitioner. Research into the professional workings of the person as well their materials, techniques and technologies. Research into the audience for the work; who's it aimed at? Look at how the work is distributed; is it installation based for example? How do the audience respond to the work?
- Apply an appropriate critical methodoly to their work; talk about theories that apply to their work: auteur theory and apply it to their work.
- Respond critically to the work of the person; they have to work in two or more diciplines. Support your ideas and provide a critique on their work; make an assessment.
